The contact page is a messaging center for blog visitors who wants to write some lines to the admin for congratulations, advices, feedbacks and so on.
Basically it's similar to comments form, but more specific.
This page has a form like this:
Name (mandatory)
Email
Web
Message
In order to protect this page from spam messages is advisable to use a strong spam protection.
