Description
Theme with menubar, topbar and sidebar. Fixed width. Login and RSS icons on left corner. To add menu, drag and drop the widget menu to the menubar. To add widgets on topbar, drag and drop widgets to the topbar (max 2).

Tested
Works with 1.2. Seems working fine with 1.3, but needs more testing.
